The home team got a pair of goals on a header from Arin Wright (30' assist, a cross, from Petersen) and on a Taylor Flint (68') penalty kick (PK) to beat Orlando and earn three points on the table. The last time Orlando had been blanked was October 11, 2024, a 2-0 loss to Portland Thorns FC.

CPKC Stadium on Prime Video at 8:00 p.m.

In a close one, Kansas City got a score from Bia Zaneratto (69' unassisted) on a fast break and then held off Angel City in the final 20 + 12 minutes of stoppage time, to earn three points and stay at the top of the live standings.

Saturday, June 21, 2025

America First Field on NWSL+ / P+ at 5:00 p.m.

Seattle unloaded on Utah as it got goals from Ji So-Yun early (6' assist Dahlien) and So-Yun returned the favor for an assist, passing to Maddie Dahlien (16'). Then Emeri Adames converted a pair of PKs in the second half or stoppage time, (66' and 90+1'). Win the three points, the Reign stay on the top half of the table.

First Horizon Stadium on NWSL+ at 7:30 p.m.

Things started quickly for Houston when Avery Patterson (unassisted) scored in the first minute, but a Sarah Puntigam red card in the 70th minute was costly as Courage forward Jaedyn Shaw used an assist by Berkely to equalize shortly thereafter (71'). Ten minutes later Hannah Betfort got a cross from Matsukubo (81') and found the back of the net to earn the win to keep pace with Gotham as both now have 21 points on the table, vying for the 8th spot at the halfway point of the season.

Sports Illustrated Stadium on ION a6 7:30 p.m.

Penelope Hocking got the scoring going in the match with a Bay close-range goal (11' assist from Bebar), but Gotham used goals by Esther González (30' crossed in for the assist by Schupansky) and Geyse (55' assist from Martin) to earn the three points available in the match. Esther now leads the league in goals scored, with 10.

Providence Park on ION at 10:00 p.m.

This one was tight throughout with the only scoring when Portland's Pietra Tordin (59' from Coffey) lifted a short-range shot over Chicago keeper, Halle Mackiewicz, for the goal determining the final outcome.

Sunday, June 22, 2025

Snapdragon Stadium on CBSSN at 10:00 p.m.

The week's final match was a defensive battle with both keepers (Kailen Sheridan and Aubrey Kinsbury, respectively) earning clean sheets and the team sharing a point.

With that, Week 13—the halfway point of the season—is a wrap.
