In her debut season with the NWSL, Kansas City Current forward Temwa Chawinga was named the 2024 NWSL Golden Boot winner. The award goes to the league’s top scorer in the regular season.

Chawinga scored 20 goals in 25 matches, the first NWSL player to hit the 20-goal mark. She also became the first player to score against every opponent in a regular season (for seasons with 10+ teams in the league.)

This year, seven players were named Iron Women. The honor goes to players who complete every single minute of the season for their club. (View more details about each player on the NWSL site.)

Abby Erceg - Racing Louisville FC

For Abby Erceg, this marks her second consecutive Iron Woman season with Louisville and her third-ever, with one Iron Woman season as a defender for the North Carolina Courage.

Katie Lund - Racing Louisville FC
